High Purity Valves for Single Use Technology.

ARTeSYN is a new high purity valve range specifically designed for single-use process.

The unique & hinged design of the ARTeSYN Pinch valves & Diaphragm valves enables the disposable flow path / diaphragm to be quickly and easily changed without the need to use any tools and also eliminates the need for the usual cleaning and validation process before being re-used ( which can be an expensive and time

All ARTeSYN valves can be custom configured to fit with your existing pipework arrangements, also the valves are produced to ASME-BPE standard dimensions so become a simple drop-in replacement for your existing diaphragm valves.

These single use valves can be manually, Air actuated or electronically controlled to give highly accurate flow rates and fluid dosing levels of your critical process medias.
the disposable valve liners / diaphragms have been fully tested to over 1,000 cycles and in many cases have been proven out perform standard hygienic diaphragm valves.

ATReSYN Pinch valve have been design to work with flexible hoses or tubing up to 2” NB ( 51mm ) I/D and our Tri-Clamp ended diaphragm valves with disposable flow path are available from 1/2” Mini T/C up to 2” T/C sanitary flange sizes.

Hinged Sampling, Bleed & Take-Off valves are also available with disposable liners, see here
