Available in a range of N.B. sizes and with a selection covers and hose reinforcements these versatile hoses are sure to fulfill your application requirements.

Ultra-Flon convoluted hoses are extruded from PTFE resin. These hoses are constructed with a rounded low profile design offering superior flow rates and improved drain-ability than most convoluted hose designs.

Antistatic liners are available for when electrically resistive fluids are being transferred at high flow rates.

Our PTFE Hoses are available with swaged or welded Stainless Steel fittings, we also offer tafted PTFE hose ends.

Stainless Steel over-braid covering is available to allow a significantly higher working pressure. Colour coded rubber covers are also available for easy hose or system identification.

Key Facts:
Available in sizes from 1/2” to 2” I/D.
Working Pressures up to 100 bar (N.B. dependent)
Temperature rating from -100°F (-73°C) to + 500°F (+260°C). Can be repeatedly auto-claved; ideal for steam or hot oil applications. Suitable for radiation or other sterilisation methods.
